@O2 I'd give this to my dad to replace his v.old Xiaomi so he can finally video call us while he works away 6 days of the week! Plus i need to teach him how to use Facebook so he can connect with his friends abroad!

@O2 The social media team is sensitive but the way my requests have been (mis)handled by the complaint resolve team - I can't comment the same for the customer service. The integrity of the service provider lies with it's prompt customer service action which is sadly missing here!
