This is just plain simple ridiculous. Banks provide service. Services must be provided in language of customers. Random meaningless transfers only hinder customer satisfaction! Full support to how Maharashtra govt has kicked it off. Karnataka must follow the same approach!

@HDFCBank_Cares @tata_neu Not a great exp with Tata Neo HDFC credit card. Cash back is not directly transferred. Card has fees but still domestic lounge there is a condition to spend 50k/ QTR to get 2 lounges. Even free cards has those conditions. No fuel benefit. Pathetic

@tata_neu See concern is that unlike others, u dnt adjust cashback with stmnt. 2nd, u charge yearly almost 1800 INR - but like cards having an annual fees, lounge per QTR is free. But here I've 2 spend 50k per qtr 2 get lounge access. Anyways in 1 year, I will surrender this pathetic card
