@O2 my 4G barely works between CHX and SEV on the train, maybe beef up the 4G first@as that would be a headline worth reading!!!

@O2 Yet in our area we’re on day 3 with no service whatsoever and nothing is being done about it! Coincidence that 5G gets turned on and our entire geographic area is completely turned off?? I doubt it! Fuming!!! 😤😡

@O2 Great that you have 5G , what about the areas that are currently struggling with 4G . We are meant to be excellent 4G, yet I have to rely of WiFi calls from my broadband provider. Not good enough O2 ☹️👎🏻

@O2 Made a complaint via email 2 @O2 only 2 b told I can leave without a termination fee. I’ve only got 1 month left. Been complaining 4 10 months now hardly get 4G in LONDON stuck on 3G or EDGE. Mast is down for 10 months really and no resolution is sight. Kind of joke really

@O2 #O2Surprise may I please get one of these goodie bags so many people are seem to be getting or at lease can you tell me how to get one. Over 10 years loyal O2 customer it would be nice to receive something once in a while to say thanks for your loyalty. 😞

@O2 Forget about 5G. When will your 4G network actually work at Waterloo station and on the trains at peak times?
