@O2 You boast about what you're doing during #COVID19 to 'help' customers but you're still SO backward & antiquated by refusing to allow conference calling & call waiting on PAYG How can people stay/work from home if they can't conference call? It is 2020 why so old fashioned? @Ofcom

@O2 Joke of a company. Lie to customer is good way of lose them. Refuse to repair my device say it was out of warrenty which was lie. Now tell me i dont need to pay any more on contract. Them get a bill for £89 any more lies 02

@O2 Great to see Stores should be open again from next week. One question, I pre-ordered a new phone in store which was due at the end of march then lock down happened. Will the store contact me or will I have to contact them. They took a deposit too
