@O2 I have been trying for days to get through to the payment team and am going round in circles not being able to speak to an actual human being. Queued for an hour got cut off, live chat useless and cut off twice there!!

@O2 I have tried to call multiple times to receive help! I was on the phone for an hour and 10 minutes today but still nothing. I couldn’t receive help in store and live chats haven’t been working! I have also tried to receive help through DM’s. Very frustrated!

@O2 Sent me a broken phone, dont have phone lines open then have the gaul to tell me its my fault I didnt report it sooner, stubborn company that wont admit fault, wouldnt even send me the proper charger with my phone. I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH DO NOT TAKE OUT CONTRACTS WITH THEM
