@O2 Promises of call backs from tech team amounted to nothing and I've lost a lot of business. Been with O2 20 years but am going to have to head over to EE I think who do value their customers and also respond to tweets!
@O2 My sons phone is faulty. Its not charging properly(with different chargers). Ive tried contacting you through the app which is no help and I keep getting cut off when I try to call seems you only want to talk to customers wanting to leave or upgrade.Can you offer any help please?

@O2 Hi o2, my girlfriend is trying to get a sim only deal, but has only been living in the country for a year. The website asks for 3 years of addresses, but won’t accept one from Germany... any way around this?
@O2 Been trying to get reconnected, phoned last week, O2 said I would be connected in 24hrs. Still not connected, phoned again today at 16:01 hrs and they asked was I pay as you go, I said yes. Ah! well we only serve pay as go you customers between 8am and 4pm. Its wind up or what !
@O2 I wont be visiting any O2 store while these draconian measures are in place. This lockdown is a scam! None of these measures are to 'Protect' us only to enslave us. 0.04% deaths (most over 80) is not a pandemic!
@O2 Not only that but I couldn't collect anyway as that's O2 insures job. Bought a pixel 2 last week as been without phone for two weeks. O2 don't support WiFi calling on it, yet can't provide me with my phone and can't give me monetary value either.
@O2 Yes popped in today, did 100 mile round trip to be told the phone I'd been advised I could collect due to piss poor service from O2 insure could not be collected in store as it's been discontinued.
@O2 Sent to an O2 store 50 miles from home today to pick up a phone which the O2 store could not give me! Been waiting two weeks for O2 insure to send out replacement phone! Can't even provide me with monetary value of device. Lost so much work due to this!
@O2 Would like an answer to my earlier (posted by letter )query re disappearing cash plus latest £10 minus cost of two texts also gone left with no cash on phone .
@O2 Tempted to take advantage of a free upgrade, can this be ordered online picked up instore? Or delivered on a set day? Only off work tues and thurs...
