@O2 @WhichUK I have had a strange one . Got a call from O2 offering me 40% discount on current plan . All good ! I accept . At end they told me I was entitled to a free Apple Watch v6. I said great. Then 24 hours later I receive a brand new iPhone 13 pro in post .

@O2 @WhichUK O2 has been mucking me around with regards to my phone since May, I can’t make and receive calls, I have sent my phone to O2 twice and they still have not repaired it and refuse to give me a new phone.
