@O2 @virginmedia Mine is also saying that I already have VOLT add ons or I can’t get them in my area. Seems like a common error. Both my o2 and virgin are same name and address even same bank account.

@O2 @virginmedia Can someone help me to a resolution here. I've been passed between #o2 and #virginmedia for hours trying to sort the free intelligent WiFi plus upgrade as I have a WiFi dead spot, rang number it says and I'm getting told its only for new customers only but doesn't say that??

@O2 @virginmedia My wife is with both Virgin and O2 under the same name and O2 Volt Benefits says this: "Already got Virgin Media at your address, but it's not in your name? You're not eligible for Volt benefits right now, but we're changing this soon." And telling her to Join Virgin Media.

@O2 @virginmedia Utterly rubbish service from @O2. System won't recognise me as a Virgin customer so stuck in an endless computer says no loop. @virginmedia sorted their end out in 12mins. 3 days later still waiting for @O2. Call back booked for 4.30 - guess what?! Come on O2 you must do better!

@O2 @virginmedia It'd be nice if the signup actually worked. Been with VM for 3 years, O2 for 20, but the O2 website just goes in a loop asking me to create a new VM account.
