@O2@heartsfan1874 Exactly the same issue I'm having! No help what so ever from 02 after 3 days of trying. Virgin sorted their end out in 10mins via What's App Chat Bot!

@O2@virginmedia Utterly rubbish service from @O2. System won't recognise me as a Virgin customer so stuck in an endless computer says no loop.
@virginmedia sorted their end out in 12mins. 3 days later still waiting for @O2. Call back booked for 4.30 - guess what?! Come on O2 you must do better!
