@O2 what is going on with your signal? After 15 years with you and signal being great what has happened in the last 12 months or so? 3G doesn’t work at all, 4g doesn’t load and 5G is non existent. I’ve heard the excuses of updates for 12 months now. Sort it out.

@O2 In the area I live. Why is 5G not available in my area? The signal really is very poor it’s very frustrating.
