@clairebj Hi, the air con is pre set on services to 21 degrees, you should be able to feel it cool once it gets to the right temperature. If not if you could send the 5 digit carriage number above connecting doors I will pass this to the team to be checked. ^JR

@Warwickshire_CC is there a problem with the traffic lights at the junction of tachbrook road and the railways station? Tachbrook road lights are only letting through 4 cars before changing again.
@chilternrailway 21 degrees? That is utter rubbish, people were sweating in that carriage . Some carriages have air con working and some don’t. Sort it out. You cannot take money from people and provide a below adequate service it isn’t ok.
@clairebj I am very sorry, unfortunately there was a train fault that has resulted in some movement to stock for platforms. I'm sorry you're finding it too warm onboard, the temperature is pre-set on services to a consistent 21 degrees. ^SR
@chilternrailway what is going on with with your trains?! Changed platforms 3 times and now I’m on a carriage with no air con! Every time I get on one of your trains there’s a problem. Do you have any idea how menopausal women cope on a full hot train with no air con? Birm-l/spa
@jet2tweets to add insult to injury it took 90 minutes to get our bags. How is this so considering we sat on the tarmac for 60 minutes due to no busses to get us to the terminal? And we still waited another 90 minutes for bags. Utterly shameful
@jet2tweets complete shit show with our return flight from kos to bhx. Delayed on the way out, delayed on the way back and then kept on the tarmac for a further 40 minutes. It’s like dejavu on a bhx to Portugal three weeks ago!
@O2 what is going on with your signal? After 15 years with you and signal being great what has happened in the last 12 months or so? 3G doesn’t work at all, 4g doesn’t load and 5G is non existent. I’ve heard the excuses of updates for 12 months now. Sort it out.

They know they can get away with this poor service as people want to holiday and whilst they get away with it it will keep happening. They think it’s acceptable to treat their customers like this. @clairebj@bhx_official We’re the same. Delayed flight from Turkey and sitting on the plane waiting for the 1 and ONLY operating bus to finish unloading 2 planes before ours. What a joke @bhx_official total lack of management. And the CEO deserves a pay rise on what grounds?
@bhx_official so after arriving on our delayed kos flight we’re now sitting on the tarmac and will be for 60 minutes because you have any busses at 4am! Don’t blame the lack of staff that’s just bad management. Sort yourselves out.

@chilternrailway You really need to as some passengers have even left the train at Banbury even though their final destination was Kidderminster as it’s so unbearable.

@chilternrailway 6.15pm train from Marylebone to Kidderminster. Train is slow due to some signalling problems which is understandable. What isn’t understandable is the lack of air con when it’s overcrowded there are people dripping with sweat on here.There is no air it is awful.
