@O2 are you offering a 30 day exit penalty free on the price rise? As in I don't want to be with you anymore because you are daylight robbers.

@Acq_Knowledge Hello, customers are not given a right to cancel because of this price rise. All customers are required to check a box when taking out a new contract, which confirms their agreement that the tariff will increase annually. This is also provided in the terms and conditions.

@O2 Thanks for pointing out the obvious about checking the box because if we didn't we would not get the contract 🤦‍♂️. What we did not forsee was inflation rocketing so high because of the govt. I think you can agree. Now we are paying the price in slipping into poverty.
