@O2 Not the same feeling I have after being without service for two weeks after whole family service locked and no reply to DM

@O2 I'm trying to be polite, but since the 12th July I've been trying to get my son's SIM activated and all I KEEP being told is to wait 24 hours... for nearly a MONTH 🤬🤬🤬🤬 ...what am I supposed to do?

@O2 How it feels when O2 constantly removes your PayAsYouGo number from MYo2 and app and when you try to re add it gives an error saying no products or services for that number.

@O2 Pity it’s not the same feeling with E,G or 3G but the app says I should have 4g in my postal area.,still waiting for a call back from CS from the 12.7.23
