@O2 @EnglandRugby See when you send customers this text, after a fraudulent call, & they have to wait, up to 30mins, in a queue, on your stated number, that's a bloody shambles. When asked & I say 'Fraud', and the reply is Fault or Ford, that's a bloody shambles. How has my account been hacked?
