@O2 I preordered 15 pro max last week, got a text this morning to say it was out of stock so my order has been cancelled. Why cancel my order? Why not just send it when it’s in stock? And why does the order still show as pending in MyO2?
@O2 AN ACCOUNT WAS FRAUDULENTLY OPENED IN MY NAME ON 6TH SEPTEMBER. O2 FRAUD TEAM INITIALLY SAID 30 DAYS TO INVESTIGATE WHICH HAS NOW PASSED. YOU KEEP SENDING ME THREATENING LETTERS. TRIED EVERYTHING EVEN FACEBOOK BUT BEING TOLD TO WAIT FOR EMAIL FROM FRAUD TEAM THAT NEVER COMES.

@O2 Good luck getting one of these from O2... Ordered my upgrade on the 17th August... DPD reported/confirmed it was lost on the 26th.... I'm still waiting on O2 to start the claim process with DPD, I'm on my 2nd 5 working day complaints request, first request was closed unresolved.
@O2 Don’t offer Phones if you don’t have them in stock!!! Then charge people an upfront cost and after several attempts of contacting your useless customer service still no refund!!! What a disgrace you are O2!!! Shame I’ve been a loyal customer for so many years…..

@O2 Repeatedly trying to get in touch with someone regarding my reception as im unable to use internet or even have a conversation on the phone. I’m paying for a service I can not use. I’m okay when I’m on my Wi-Fi. O2 is terrible
@O2 Absolutely shocking service! Phone doesn't ring out no WiFi etc went in X2 different shops bare in mind phone is under warranty and it would take two weeks to send off to fix.i need a phone now! I'm waiting for a cancer appointment asap it's not on!!
