@O2 Can’t even get hold of you via customer service

@O2 Hi I am an o2 customer and uswitch are doing a deal but if I go through uswitch I have to get me pac code and then ring o2 etc which is quite long winded, also I am adding more waste as I would throw my current SIM card and replace with new, will o2 honour uswitch deals direct ?

@O2 I would recommend everyone never sign up to o2 they are the worst company in the world for customer service and their network is generally awful… I cannot wait for my contract to finish

@O2 @o2 scam Black Friday they'll take your money. For a service you cannot get out of. Blame others for the scam phone calls and it turns out @o2 are giving numbers out too the scammers. They are selling your information to scammers. An fraudsters @o2 lieing cheating scammers.
