@O2 Changed their billing structure recently and subsequently stopped the 20% Family Loyalty discount. After 3 months of trying, 2 complaints that were closed without contacting us it’s time to go to @Ofcom I fear I won’t be the only one affected. #disgusting #joke

@O2 @O2 So I DM you as requested then get ignored again. All well and good that you are quick to post to look good but the point of the DM request is for you to actually follow it up. Didn’t expect any different but I will just contact @Ofcom directly and take the issue up with them.
