@O2 I was on the phone for 8 hrs trying to speak to someone about the fact you mis-sold me a SECOND CONTRACT and now I've been paying £80 a month for a year now when i was quoted £42 a month on the phone and now im locked outta my acc bc u changed my security password without asking
i still have had not a call from your complaints team. You have one week left to reply, then you will be in trouble with ofcom for miss selling. 2 months have passed and your complaints team still haven't been in contact. You need to end your contract with capita, they are a disgrace
@O2 Priority should be dealing with 02 Customer Complaints. 6 months is toooo long dealing with an issue that O2 fraud department would have investigated in 30 days. Fraud was reported 22 Sept 2023
@O2 Absolute rubbish, staff haven’t a clue what they are doing, can’t hold a conversation, sound like there’s a party in the back ground, o2 really has gone downhill. 6 months to go and good bye from my 11 contracts
@O2 Just been on the phone to customer service, absolute shambles, waiting 45 minutes and was told I was being put through to be cut off, rang back and waited another 53 minutes and then finally spoke to someone. Will be taking my business contract somewhere els when out of contract
