@LutzSchueler @LutzSchueler And why do you not sort out customer issues? All Customer Services do to customers is Lie. I asked speak to a manager on 3 separate occasion to be told each time I would get a manager callback within 24 hours. I’m still waiting for those managers to call.

@beautybev72 @O2 Only thing O2 and their CEO are happy doing is ignoring customers. Complaints Review service said I would have a reply to complaint within 7 days. That was 3 weeks ago. 21 Feb I was told I would get my money back within 10 days. Still waiting

@O2 Over 10 hours on the phone to O2 since 21 September. Only to be threatened with enforcement action and bailiffs because I refused to pay for a phone plan I never had. Phone disconnected on 3 consecutive months because I didn’t make payment . O2 are totally incompetent
