@O2 I've just spent over an hour trying to pay off my device plan. 4 phone calls and the live chat can't help either. Your staff on the phones are useless and the live chat isn't fit for purpose. I'm trying to give you money! How do I make a complaint?

@O2 Trying again this morning and your systems can't even send me a text. Your whole customer service infrastructure is completely useless. Why can't I pay a settlement amount online? I've wasted hours of my life for three working days in a row trying to give you money!!

@O2 @gfcunni @O2 I also wish to complain. Money taken by O2 without an available, double what should have gone. Been trying to speak to someone for a week. No progress. Please advise complaints procedure.
