@O2 Would be a happy Monday if I could speak to your complaints team or got a call back every time I got promised one. Been waiting weeks to sort out 2 different complaints one of which I found out when I called was closed without it being discussed. #shambles #rubbishservice #awful

@O2 Can you please explain why 02 have sold me a phone that is 2 years old and currently registered to a company in America? Apple have confirmed the faults can't be fixed but yet you won't replace. Shocking service which I will be getting legal advice

Phone still not working after being promised it would be back on within 72 hours a week ago !!

@O2 Wish you could turn off Fraud calls as easily. 3 Days after Fraud case was closed the calls strated again. Reported to Fraud Team & Ofcom.

@O2 Account still not showing device plans, unable to use switch up, had to reinstate direct debits manually as 02 cancelled them by mistake AND STILL NO REPLY FROM THE HIGHER UPS IN THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS DEPT, aye happy Monday indeed....#o2useless
