@O2 Does your complaint review service dept actually work?? Well beyond a joke now. Aiming to reply within 7 working days, well over 2 weeks ago….. quality.
@O2 😩 Not getting mangers call backs or hearing back from your complaints team with regards to 2 complaints and chasing multiple times and on going for over 6 weeks.
