@O2 I would love to get replies however you haven't fixed the fraud bars on my sims despite it being resolved the end of April! No access to calls texts or data for 8 weeks now how about you focus on your customers instead of pathetic 'funny' tweets!

@O2 UPGRADED in 16th April, contacted @o2 on 25th April to RETURN 1 x iPhone 15 pro max - 1 x sim plan in COOLING OFF PERIOD, and STILL WAITING, spoken to oven 50 different customer service and still no return JIFFY BAG, how is this possible in 2024 #shameon02
