My number has been disconnected due to a mistake by one of the O2 staff.
This was on Friday 2/10/24.
Since then I have called customer service several times. Almost a week later no solution!!!!

@O2 My daughter’s number was connected to my account. When she got a new SIM card they were supposed to transfer that number to her but instead they changed mine to hers. And disconnected my original number
