My number has been disconnected due to a mistake by one of the O2 staff.
This was on Friday 2/10/24.
Since then I have called customer service several times. Almost a week later no solution!!!!

@O2 My daughter’s number was connected to my account. When she got a new SIM card they were supposed to transfer that number to her but instead they changed mine to hers. And disconnected my original number

@O2 The bots are not the only problem. Getting to speak to a manager is almost impossible.
I have been trying to sort out my problem and it’s been almost 8 weeks and counting….
Not yet resolved. I now have to either explode or go away in a quiet corner and meditate

I don't care who you are or who you work for you simply can not write things like this. It is a blatant appeal to incite humiliation and violence on a woman. Some have excused it as dark humour. There is mo joke here @JeremyClarkson and no excuse.

@mtnug if you lose your SIM card whilst out of the country you obtained it, MTN cannot help apart from asking you to fly back? I can’t believe they can’t help.
I thought it was a global company. Has it happened to anyone out there?
