@O2 No network coverage in area for 2 weeks, no incoming calls neither have I been able to make any. o2 app keeps crashing on me so unable to chat online and after 9 minutes on hold I've just been cut off by the o2 support member of staff. Could your customer service get worse?
@O2 I’d just like the phone I ordered over a week ago! Your customer service has been non existent, no update given on when I am likely to receive my phone!
@O2 I upgraded my 4 contract yesterday and I have a chat with three agent and all lied to me about the contracts and bills! This is against the law!Im the chat ans the phone ages ago no response ! Worst company in the UK🤢
@O2 I just had scammers calling me from India pretending to be O2 , it’s second time they Tried-to scam me ,she even seems to know what Tariff I am on that information ONLY O2 customer service knows, I believe your customer service in India are scamming the customers ‼️‼️

@O2 Can’t use my phone in Australia. Customer service appalling!! 2 hours spent with them so far and no resolution. Was actually unceremoniously cut off this morning. Obviously too much trouble for you. Surely someone at 02 can resolve this. Frustration levels sky high.
@O2 WARNING! We were sold a tariff that would allow us to use our phones in Australia. We are unable to make ANY mobile phone calls and O2 seem completely unable or unwilling to solve this problem! I have been a loyal customer for about 30 years and this is how I'm treated! Terrible!
@O2 O2 should put efforts into customer services, i am a loyal o2 customer who apparently has a free sim card that I knew nothing about and am being charged £35 per month for and can't cancel due to no sim and email address has been typed in wrong by them. No way forward
@O2 I went to the O2 store on The Strand in London this afternoon about the lack of connection, just as you said, and the staff laughed at me!!! They told me they are aware the network is terrible and that there is nothing they can do!
What is your reply to that?
@O2 I am quite amazed at the incompetence of this leading UK network where a grave and genuine issue is faced by a customer and both 202 support as well as in store managers run like headless chickens. I need my PAC code please.
