I not receiving OTp codes ? I receive other texts . I’ve just spent 20 minutes on the phone to your help desk - explained I had to buy additional overseas data for the call, and requested call back if it disconnected.

@O2 My wife has been a victim of fraud this morning. I called your emergency contact number and they were so bad you'd think I was talking to scammers! They wanted to take my details and call me vsck in 24hrs! What? 24hrs is plenty of time to do damage. I'm moving operator asap
