1. What exactly the issue is and
2. How long do you estimate it will take to resolve.
The lack of information you're providing to customers isn't acceptable. We can't make informed decisions on wishy washy responses. If you can't answer those simple questions, the next step is Ofcom.
@O2@ImUpNext96 This isn't a good enough response...what's worse tho is not honouring the legal 14 day cooling off period completely breaking UK consumer law.. phone customer services and had live chat the automated response is nothing short of frustrating and outrageous.... obviously going bust
