@O2 Instead of posting crap memes on X, is there any chance you can cancel my rolling plan at what must be the tenth time of asking? I’ve repeatedly explained that I am locked out of my o2 profile because I lost the SIM card (and therefore cannot clear the security check).

@O2 Left o2 in oct because of S**te service and even worse customer service, you have been billing me since oct, using harassing and bullying tactics for payment. Each month I’m told it will be sorted by “back office team”, it’s still not sorted, worse company ever. Lies, deception!
