@O2 This is how O2 feels when they take £280 from your bank account without authorisation or reason, to sit along side the other £150 they collected from us for an account we don't have. @virginmedia

@O2 Probably how I would’ve felt had o2 competently dealt with my complaint and not just fobbed it off. A customer of almost 30 years, to be treated like that is shocking.
