@SPEnergyNetwork Hi I’ve not missed calls or been left a vm. The works are far from completed so someone isn’t monitoring the works. Perhaps spen should attend site and also inform the residents what is happening. Also in one area both ft paths are closed meaning you need to walk on the road.

@ScottishPower can you help our entire cresc (g75 8qd) has been taken over by your sub contractors digging up pavements and if not that putting up signage which blocks footpaths. Been going on now for circa 3wks + not once have we had a letter telling us a thing . Unacceptable.

@ScotRail Why don’t you salt the approach to the new hairmyres station? I’m assuming it’s not adopted so passengers have to risk the slippery walk to your station??

🥶If you're travelling, take extra care as some surfaces may be slippery. Staff will be out & about where the coldest weather is forecast to ensure stations are salted & safe.

@PaleoRidge Hi we had delivered 9 boxes of raw dog food yesterday at 1300 and my wife emailed you at 1310 to say that the food was either defrosted or partially defrosted. I don't think you have responded and we now need to get rid of it and we need to order more ASAP.

@ScotRail glad to see £144m well spent on the ek Glas line. Same diesel train, only 4 carriages, seats off their rails and water dripping from the ceiling. Good work and keep it up.
