@O2 Website says everything is fine. I've turned my phone on/off, done a software update, taken sim out and still nothing 😪

@O2 @rw_83 We respectfully request that you issue an official update to your customers. Many of us rely on this service to stay connected with our families, workplaces, and in case of emergencies. This is a paid service. please provide a clear and timely update. Not gaslighting!

@O2 @rw_83 I have the same. No 4G and no 5G. Down detector clearly says O2 have issues but your website says everything is fine.
