@O2 How come my O2 switch up has reset? I was already at a point where I could switch up and now it's been extended to august. Is this because it changed to every 11 months? Because I was told in store this wouldn't affect people already eligible to switch up?

@IITR07II We're really sorry to hear of any disappointment. We notified all customers in late 2025 to inform of the changes to 11 months from start date for switch up but sorry if you did not see this message. @O2 In fact I've just read through the 2 emails sent October and it doesn't say this would happen so I'm not sure what message your quoting.

@O2 I saw the message about switching to 11 months but not one that included it would override someone who was already at an eligible switch up point. Because then at the point I would be waiting 15+ months for a switch up?
