@thetrainline Hey train was cancelled but it says I'm not eligible for a refund. I didn't travel as it was no longer the quickest (and by no means the cheapest) form of travel. Obviously I scanned my ticket as the train didn't show as delayed until the time of departure.

We notified all customers in late 2025 to inform of the changes to 11 months from start date for switch up but sorry if you did not see this message. @O2 How come my O2 switch up has reset? I was already at a point where I could switch up and now it's been extended to august. Is this because it changed to every 11 months? Because I was told in store this wouldn't affect people already eligible to switch up?

@O2 I saw the message about switching to 11 months but not one that included it would override someone who was already at an eligible switch up point. Because then at the point I would be waiting 15+ months for a switch up?

@BeeNetwork This is never ending. 19:24 103 service to Piccadilly. Delayed until 19:30 and currently nowhere to be seen. Any other service would be offering subsidised tickets/refunds after 20 minute delays but BN cancel services for no reason constantly with no repercussions.
