@O2 Hours upon hours of time wasted dealing with call centre staff who don’t seem to grasp the English lauguage. Wrong info wrong decisions. Different bills by letter than only. Nila for none existent reasons. Been trying to sort since end of Feb but just getting worse. It’s a nightm
