Standard embarrassing 'service' from @O2 - 1st assuming I can get a signal, 2nd asks me to login when it said I wouldn't have to, 3rd older bills are never available to see!!! Why has my bill gone up every month??? Jan £14.34, Feb £15.13, Mar £17.80, Apr £20.30!?!?!? I want out!

@O2 Always seems to be an issue accessing my account, using either of your apps..... you really just need to simplify this!!! I remember when customer perception was a huge focus at O2, but they don't seem to care any more!!!
