@O2 @mellypeters @mellypeters I ordered an upgrade and cancelled contract within 24 hours, after I made a mistake regards lenght of contract.
As I cancelled the phone didn’t get delivered, but they kept my money for about 8 months, even after I complained and complained. Good luck!

@O2 @mellypeters I've left o2...id mobile ...same contract £8 cheaper pm and hopefully better customer service if ever I need it ...took my mam off o2 £8 cheaper and my mrs the same...save £24 pm ..tatty bye o2
