@O2 Hi, it's now 12 days/9 working days and i'm still locked out of my account. Have called customer services three times only to be told a form has been filled out.

@O2 Called 202 again today, 4th time now! Apparently they need to resubmit a form and i have to wait another 5 working days so that will take it to 3 weeks without access to my account. Incompetence at it's best.
