@O2 Please help really frustrated as to why no one can answer a simple question, why can I no longer log into the O2 app its asking for my virgin media details I dont have virgin media ?
@coomerdarren@O2@o2 I have not been able to pay my bill or even see it on my phone for the past 3 months. When are you going to sort this out. You know about it as you emailed me 3 months ago. I tried deleting and downloading again but nothing changed. Thanks
