@RonFilipkowski Not everyone who moves to Dubai is wealthy. They move for opportunities like my daughter who works very long hours in a hospital and my sil who is a teacher. And yes they do their tax returns for the UK as well.

@RonFilipkowski You dont avoid paying taxes there. They just have a fairer tax system. First 100,000 not taxed then 9% tax over that on everyone. It makes it much easier to live there. They actually care about their residents and create a safe place to live/work.
