🚨 🇳🇱 Tesla FSD Supervised Update. Europe Status as of 21 April 2026 The Netherlands became the first European country to officially approve Tesla’s Full Self-Driving (Supervised) on 10 April 2026 via RDW type approval under UN R-171. Rollout has started there for early users. Here’s where things stand in the rest of Europe (and nearby non-EU countries): 🇧🇪 Belgium – Strongly supportive of mutual recognition; fast national adoption expected soon. 🇦🇹 Austria – Awaiting formal procedure or EU vote; can adopt Dutch approval directly. 🇩🇪 Germany – KBA monitoring closely; expected among the first wave via national recognition (summer 2026 target). 🇫🇷 France – Waiting for EU Technical Committee discussion; cautious but positive pathway. 🇮🇹 Italy – Similar to France; likely to follow in the first group. 🇪🇸 Spain – Has formally requested details and is pushing for mutual recognition. 🇸🇪 Sweden – Analysis ongoing; past safety concerns noted but no blockage yet. For most other EU countries (🇵🇱 Poland, 🇵🇹 Portugal, 🇨🇿 Czechia, etc.): National recognition of the Dutch approval is possible without full re-testing, but many are still in “awaiting” mode. EU-wide perspective: RDW has notified the European Commission. Presentation to the Technical Committee expected in May/June 2026, with broader rollout potentially in summer or Q4 2026. Non-EU countries 🇬🇧 United Kingdom – Separate post-Brexit process under the Automated Vehicles Act. No approval yet; expected mid-to-late 2026, possibly referencing EU progress. 🇨🇭 Switzerland – Independent procedure; often aligns with EU decisions but requires national review. Timeline likely similar to early EU adopters (summer/fall 2026). Tesla expects Germany, France, Belgium, Italy and Spain to move first via national recognition. The situation is developing quickly. keep an eye on @teslaeurope on X and local authorities for the latest per country. What are your thoughts? Which country do you think will greenlight FSD next? 🇪🇺 #Tesla #FSD #Europe #AutonomousDriving

F*ck, I forgot that too. 🫣😅 Here it is; 🇳🇴 Norway – SVV (Statens vegvesen) taking a cautious stance; not automatically recognizing the Dutch approval. Demands additional proof (e.g. Nordic winter safety data). Separate national process expected; no timeline given yet. (Employee testing already approved earlier.)

@Rustavi @ShipGeneration Norway is not a part of EU, but part of EEA. Do you know how the process is for non-EU countries? AFAIK the article 39 excemption only applies to EU-countries.
