We had to disable IPv6 for our services BTW because some users have such bad networking that they fail connecting when IPv6 is available. It's so over for v6.

@ZeroErrors @slikey Didn't the proposed spec say that 127.0.0.0 prefix also mean internal? so both are correct? Or did I misread that?

@TheJavaHacker @slikey They are visually similar but actually independent. The 127.x.x.x never leaves the host, however the 127.x.x.x.x.x.x.x is internal to an "organization" so does leave the host
