@TheO2 Staff at the venue need to scare them by telling them they will revoke their tickets if they queue or it won’t work

@TheO2 Please enforce this as it is part of the t&cs and leads to those that actually follow and respect the t&cs being penalised. Those that have been camping should be refused entry for breaking the t&cs which you agree to when purchasing tickets
