I have the same exact theory! One of "the Tylers" finished the mission... was headed back home and in the mood for a steak after a long day. Was he heading back south to Arizona?? Fort Huachuca? Is this why the FBI had no need to interview the restaurant employees; because they knew who he was?? Is this also why the debit card that was used had no name on it (it was a "company" card used by multiple individuals)? We have testimony of face, voice, and a credit card charge at the steakhouse. Possibly video, if they didn’t delete those. DQ has just a video. It’s more probable that the Feds edited the DQ video date to try to disprove the steakhouse. Ask yourself, of all the videos that day, why is the DQ video the only clear one they’ve released?

@TransSplendor No, a false sighting. A waitress making a positive identification of an individual 14 hrs after the man leaves the restaurant based on the first two images the FBI released is unlikely.
