@TwolvesBlog Wolves have never made a mistake. Only learned lessons.

@TwolvesBlog Letting Thibs do the second Butler trade has to be up there. Imagine how good those 4 Rockets picks would’ve ended up (assuming Jimmy still goes to Miami in the off-season, and Harden eventually forces his way out)
English

@TwolvesBlog Not avoiding the playoffs in 2018. We gave up the 14th overall pick in a stacked draft for 5 games worth of playoffs. The team wasn’t close to contending and needed every additional piece it could get.
English

@TwolvesBlog It’s Lavine instead of Wiggins in the Jimmy trade. (That being said, I was completely and fully on board with Lavine going out in that Jimmy trade over Wiggins)
English

@TwolvesBlog Wiggins ext is the obvious one, but I'll submit hiring Thibs as POBO. Elite coach, brutal GM...which included:
-LaVine instead of Wiggins
-Wiggins ext
-Kris Dunn over Murray/Hield when they needed shooting
-Signing Teague at 12:01 then Kyrie wanting to join MN a wks later
English

@TwolvesBlog Allowing Glen Taylor to still be apart if the organization
English

@TwolvesBlog The Wiggins max contract set up our downfall. I didn’t like the Jimmy era even when they were healthy. Perennial 2nd round exit at most. But damn thibs prioritized Jimmy’s preferences over the team
English

@TwolvesBlog Kris Dunn over Jamal Murray hurt.
Drafting Justin Patton over John Colins and OG Anunoby was terrible and reprehensible in the moment and even moreso now seeing the gigantic hole at the 4 spot.
English

@TwolvesBlog Anyone that says Lavine Jimmy move is crazy.
English

@TwolvesBlog The Lavine one is clear in hindsight. At the time I think we were all mostly okay with it, so while it’s glaring now it wasn’t so bad at the time.
English

@TwolvesBlog "17 years of losing culture weighs on lots of different personalities" didn't see this as an option....
