@UIDAI @_DigitalIndia Dear UIDAI, locked my AADHAR but now can't unlock. The VID which I had is not working can't retrieve VID. Exhausted every mode but all efforts went into vein. Whenever I try to retrieve VID through sms, it's replying as "Technical Exception". Complaint number -2018983022000
