Lodged a complaint but after two days got reply as resolved but the problem continued then another complaint was lodged but till date no solution. I can't initiate my investments without creating digital signature via Aadhaar. Kindly help Complaint number -2018983022000

@ceo_uidai @UIDAI @_DigitalIndia locked my AADHAR now I can't unlock it. The VID which I had is not working. Can't retrieve my VID. Exhausted every mode but all went into vain. While retrieving VID through sms from my registered mobile I'm getting reply as "Technical Exception".
