I guess @Xfinity thinks I’ll forget the $116.04 THEY OWE ME for an overpayment before I finally cut the cord. After a 3 hour April 22 call to #Xfinity requesting a refund rather than unusable credit I was assured MY money would be refunded in 5-7 days. It’s now been 12 @comcast
