Last month, Deputy Kenneth Lewis stopped to help a stranded motorist on I-10 in Houston, when he was hit and killed by a driver who fled. The FBI Houston has been assisting Houston Police in trying to find driver DHS identifies the illegal migrant as Dennis Arguello-Acosta and said an anonymous tip to the FBI and law enforcement agencies led to him. He is now in ICE custody.
