The reality of Twitter live metrics - for every 1000 views a live says it has on a front end, is about 20-40 people concurrently at a peak moment... and the longer the stream goes on, the lower the amount is (because the amount of views keeps going up, but the people dont stay) obv there are better streamers than me, but this is why I always prefer Youtube, even my Substack lives tend to have more people, then obv TikTok and IG the numbers are 20x+

Built this weekend - autodecision a Claude Code/Cowork plugin that applies @karpathy's LLM Council + autoresearch to business/strategy decisions. Most people ask ChatGPT something, iterate twice twice, and move on. That’s not enough for deep decisions. This: • pulls real data • runs a council of POVs (optimist, pessimist, market, competition, regulator) • models second-order effects • stress-tests worst cases + black swans • finds stable/weak effects → then iterates until something holds up Basically: force the model to argue with itself. This is a blatant example of distasteful copying. This indian channel called Builder Central straight-up lifted another creator’s thumbnail. No tweaks. No changes. Just copy and paste. This is exactly what channels should not be doing. At least add 2% of your own flavour.

Grew up watching Sejal Kumar’s Sarojini hauls, and now she’s out here married while her husband is mid-MBA in the US and she’s in Gurgaon… and somehow it all just works?? Lowkey in awe of people who are so sure about each other that the logistics become secondary. How do people reach this level of calm confidence? Is this emotional security or a superpower??
